Pollards Fruit & Veg is a family-run business established in 1960, trading at market stalls across the East Midlands and offering local home delivery. Our registered trading address is Swadlincote, Derbyshire, DE11 8.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and any orders you place with us.

2. Products & Descriptions

All products are fresh fruit and vegetables sourced from trusted suppliers and local growers. As natural produce, size, weight, colour, and appearance may vary. Product availability is subject to seasonal supply.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice due to seasonal and market factors.

4. Online Ordering & Payment

Orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase goods. A confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

We currently offer home delivery to selected postcodes in the Swadlincote, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Burton upon Trent, and surrounding areas. You can check your postcode on our Delivery page.

Free delivery is available on orders over £14.99.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.

6. Quality Guarantee & Returns

If you receive produce that does not meet a reasonable standard of freshness or quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at pollardsfruit@yahoo.co.uk.

We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
